1. Order Processing

Orders leave our Santa Ana, CA warehouse within 1–2 business days of confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your label is scanned.

2. How Shipping Costs Are Calculated

• Enter address: Add your shipping ZIP at checkout.
• Rate lookup: Shopify fetches live rates from UPS & USPS.
• Pricing factors:
  • Actual vs. dimensional weight (whichever is greater)
  • Service level selected (Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day, Next Day)
  • Destination zone (based on your ZIP code)
• Displayed total: The lowest available rate shows automatically; you may upgrade to faster service if available.

Examples:

• 3 lb camp mug set → UPS Ground to Denver, CO ≈ $10.80
• 18 lb 3 m Bell Tent → free ground to Portland, OR

Rates fluctuate with carrier surcharges and fuel; the exact cost shown at checkout is final.

3. Delivery Estimates

Transit times may extend during peak seasons or severe weather.

4. Tracking Your Order

Use the emailed tracking link to follow your shipment. If it’s marked Delivered but you can’t find it, please contact the carrier first, then email contact@trendtents.co.uk—we’ll help track it down.

5. Damages & Shortages

Inspect all items within 7 days of delivery. Photograph any damage and email your order number + images to contact@trendtents.co.uk. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund ASAP.

6. Shipping Restrictions

• No P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses
• No Alaska or Hawaii shipping
